RETURN POLICIES FOR PRINTER CONSUMABLES. 

1. The item is incorrect / damaged in transit 

– All original manufacturer (OEM) ink and toner sold is covered by a standard OEMIT PTY LTD  7 days warranty. Within this period, if the item was incorrectly supplied or incorrectly  purchased you can request a replacement/refund. After this 7 day period it is possible to  arrange a return, however a 15% handling fee may apply and is at our discretion. Orders are  only taken back if items are still sealed in original packing once opened we are unable to  refund or replace if correctly supplied as per order request. 

. If your item was damaged in transit, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your  order. For any orders received with visibly damaged boxes, please refuse the delivery and  let us know as soon as possible. 

2. The wrong item was sent 

– If you believe an item has been sent to you in error, please report this within 24 hours of  delivery. 

 Returning : Electronics and Hardware 

1. If you order an and it becomes faulty within the first 15 days of receiving your order,  please contact OEMIT  and we will arrange for a replacement or collection and refund. In  addition to this, all electronic hardware sold is covered by a standard OEMIT PTY LTD  warranty indicated on the product information . Within this period, if the product develops  a fault you can also contact OEM IT under the terms of the warranty and arrange for your  goods to be accessed.

2. The item was damaged when it arrived

If you receive an item that looks visibly damaged when it arrives, please reject delivery  and contact OEM IT right away. If the box is not visibly damaged but once opened the item has a  fault and does not work, please contact us within 24 hours from delivery to report any  damage that has occurred as a result of transit. 

SHIPPING POLICIES. 

1-Speed and quality of delivery is very important to us; we want you to be more than satisfied with  our service. All orders shipped from OEM IT will be delivered via one of our drivers or via courier.  

Orders of Items in stock expected delivery time is within 1-2 business days In Gauteng. Orders outside Gauteng allow Delivery time of 2-4 business days from day of order.  

2. In the event we are unable to dispatch your order promptly we will endeavour to email or call you  to advise you of this. On the rare occasion that a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we will  endeavour to email or call you as soon as possible to let you know the estimated time for delivery.
